It is a great honour and privilege for me to be re elected as Member of Parliament for Sedgefield. I will continue to represent all the constituents and my office is open Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.00pm. NETPark to officially open Phase 2 of the NETPark Incubator

On Wednesday a team of international astronauts, members of the STS-132 shuttle crew, who had spent a week docked at the International Space Station in May - the last flight of the shuttle Atlantis before it was retired arrived at NETPark to officially open Phase 2 of the NETPark Incubator, and to meet students from Fishburn Primary School.

Constituency Profile

Sedgefield constituency is situated in County Durham in the North East of England. The parliamentary constituency covers a much greater area than just the town of Sedgefield from which it takes its name. The constituency covers three districts, parts of Easington District, Sedgefield Borough and Darlington Borough. The "new town" of Newton Aycliffe is the largest settlement in constituency which is marked by a network of small towns and villages such as the Trimdons, Ferryhill, Fishburn and Sedgefield itself.
